Deadline for all new candidates to return two copies of their application forms (Form P1, Form P2, and Form P4 by email) to their national coordinator. Hosts should also send the Form H1 to the national co-ordinator before this date.

The new candidate MUST have contacted the national coordinator of the host country by phone to demonstrate language knowledge.

Deadline for all selected candidates to confirm their participation in the programme (host and national coordinator of both sending and host country have to be informed).

All participants will receive an invoice. The document is a PDF on which they can include the organisation paying the invoice and their name. The deadline will be 15 April 2027
