Documents Exchange Programme 2022
The HOPE Exchange Programme 2022 focused on the topic “Using Evidence in Healthcare Management”.
The exchange period for 2022 starts on 9 May and ends on 5 June 2022.

National co-ordinators
| 31-10-2021 | APPLICATION DEADLINE
Deadline for 2020 accepted participants to confirm participation. Deadline for all new candidates to return two copies of their application forms (Form P1 by email and Form P2 by normal post) to their national co-ordinator. Hosts should also send the Form H1 to the national co-ordinator before this date. |
| 31-01-2022 | PROOF OF LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY
The candidate MUST have contacted the national co-ordinator of the host country by phone to show his/her language knowledge. |
| 15-02-2022 | CONFIRMATION OF PARTICIPATION DEADLINE
Deadline for selected candidates to confirm their participation in the programme (host and national co-ordinator of both sending and host country have to be informed). |
| 31-03-2022 | INDIVIDUAL PROGRAMME
Individual programme of the professional worked out together with his host to be sent to the national co-ordinator of the host country. |
| 09-05/05-06-2022 | HOPE EXCHANGE PROGRAMME 2022 |
| 03-06/05-06-2022 | HOPE AGORA 2022
The HOPE Agora 2022 will take place in Brussels (Belgium) and will discuss the topic “Using Evidence in Healthcare Management”. |
| 31-07-2022 | REPORTING DEADLINE
Deadline for professionals’ (Form P3) and hosts’ (Form H2) final reports: to be sent to HOPE, the host and the national co-ordinators (of both host and sending country). |
| End September/ Mid October 2022 |
Certificates are sent out by HOPE to the national co-ordinators who will disseminate them. |
