The International Conference on Integrated Care: “From Integration to Impact” will take place in Tallinn on 10-12 May 2027.  

The call for abstracts is open. Key dates include: 

• Call opened: Monday, 14 September 2026 

• Submission deadline: Sunday, 1 November 2026 

• Conference: 10 – 12 May 2027 | Tallinn, Estonia  

Its overarching theme is “From Integration to Impact – Delivering better outcomes through data, coordination and population health.” The three-day conference will bring together leaders, researchers, clinicians, managers, community representatives, patients and caregivers engaged in the design and delivery of integrated health and care. Attendees will come from across Estonia and around the world. The event is happening in partnership with the International Journal of Integrated Care (IJIC) and the Ministry of Social Affairs of Estonia.
